He leads Diesis’ buy-side led advisory and corporate development work, supporting management teams on public company readiness, structured financings and M&A. Over his career, he has completed 250+ transactions and helped execute more than $2B in capital solutions. Mr. Imas also co-founded The Glimpse Group, which went public on Nasdaq in July 2021 (VRAR).

With 20+ years in reimbursement, payer solutions, and patient access, he has led RMBB for more than a decade, driving over $200M in cumulative revenue. In December 2025, NexGelRx appointed him Board Observer and Strategic Advisor. He previously held senior leadership roles at Medtronic, MiMedx, Shire, and Celgene.

Braden Ferrari is a Managing Partner of Diesis Inc. with over 20 years of strategic advisory, corporate finance and investment experience. He advises C-level executives across corporate development and capital markets initiatives, from pre-IPO readiness to M&A strategy and outreach. Mr. Ferrari has also supported dozens of NASDAQ and NYSE-listed companies on investor positioning, transaction planning and strategic execution. He holds a Bachelor of Economics from Wheaton College as well as received the school’s Young Alumni Achievement Award in 2006.

Evan Greenberg is a Managing Partner of Diesis Inc. and a finance industry veteran with over 30 years of experience. He began his career at Raymond James Financial Services as a Financial Advisor (1995–2003). He is the Founder and Portfolio Manager of LegendCap Opportunity Fund (est. 2014) and previously co-founded and managed the Meadowbrook Opportunity Fund. He has served as a board member of Ivis Technologies for a decade, advises public and private companies, and owns and operates MicroCap Rodeo.

Over his career, he has originated more than $10B in financing and advised on numerous go-public transactions and M&A mandates. Mr. Cohen works closely with public companies and emerging enterprises to execute growth plans with clear milestones and disciplined capital planning.

Stas Dutchyn is Vice President at Diesis Inc., leading execution across live mandates spanning corporate development, M&A support, and debt advisory. He runs financial models, manages day-to-day diligence and workstreams, and oversees deliverables across engagements. He has 6+ years of Bay Street experience in investment analysis and transaction management, including time at a boutique investment dealer. Stas also supports Diesis’ intern and future talent program, bringing a disciplined, execution-first approach focused on structure and long-term value.

Danielle Fernandes is an entrepreneur, speaker, and writer who owns and operates two capital markets firms in both marketing and investor events. She brings public company board experience within the plant-based space. At Diesis Inc., she supports mission-aligned strategy, communications and stakeholder engagement. Danielle is an active animal welfare and plant-based advocate, supporting many organizations such as the Vancouver Humane Society and Animal Justice and the Plant Based Treaty including co-leading the NYC Chapter.

Carol Watts is Chief Administrative Officer of Diesis Holdings, LLC and RMBB Health. She is a healthcare and business operations professional with experience in clinical practice support, public relations, digital marketing and corporate administration. Her background includes serving as Public Relations Director for a boutique communications firm, Office Manager for a podiatry practice and supporting manufacturers across the healthcare space. At Diesis and RMBB Health, she leads organizational strategy, and day-to-day operations to keep teams aligned and execution-focused.

Nik is an up and coming Analyst at Diesis Inc., focused on evaluating private investment opportunities and merchant funding transactions through financial and market analysis. He supports internal capital allocation by assessing risk, structure, and downside protection before commitments are made. He brings a disciplined, detail-oriented approach with a focus on long-term value and well-structured investments. He is in his final year at Pace University, completing an Economics degree and applying that training to market analysis and risk assessment.
